I highly recommend the Cat Hotel to any cat owner, the level of care and attention to detail from Sarenka and the team will ensure that your cat is given lots of TLC and will enjoy staying there. My first cat, Katie stayed at the Cat Hotel very happily for several years until she passed away in December 2011. My new cat Lucy is a dear old lady who loves going to stay at the Cat Hotel, and if weren't for Sarenka's extensive knowledge about cat health and experience, Lucy's health wouldn't be as good as it is. Sarenka correctly identified an allergic reaction to a flea bite which hadn't been diagnosed despite 6 months’ expensive visits to the vets!
In June 2015 Sarenka noticed that Lucy had a limp as I dropped her off the evening before going on leave. Due to the extra care and level of service that Sarenka provides, she very kindly took Lucy to the vet the next day for her diagnosis and follow-up check-up meaning that I could enjoy my holiday knowing that Lucy was getting the best of care.
