This is to let you know how much we appreciate what you did for Polly not only on this visit but on another visit as well.
Your quick actions at noticing a problem and getting her seen by a vet and sorted is very reassuring.
We realise she is a dear old Mog but she is always well looked after and comfortable in your care, and what a wonderful setting also. Thank you very much.
