All prices shown online are per room per night (unless otherwise stated).
Prices are subject to change without notice. However, your price is guaranteed once you receive a booking confirmation.
Children and Extra beds
Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel and there is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
GUESTS WITH IMPAIRED MOBILITY
Hill House dates back to 1380, and is governed by restrictions placed upon us by English Heritage; as such not all our rooms are suitable for guests with impaired mobility or sight. We do however endeavour to accommodate where possible, and our Garden Room can be recommended as it is situated on the ground floor, and features a walk in shower.
We are unable to accommodate any pets.
Car parking is available on the Market Square, and also at a local NCP car park which is situated within 200 yards of the property.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Hotel rooms are available from 2pm on the day of arrival and no later than 6pm. We would also very much appreciate your assistance in keeping us informed of your expected arrival time. Rooms must be vacated by 11:00am on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed.
Credit card details required to secure room.
We accept all major credit cards, including MasterCard and VISA.
In cases of cancellation we reserve the right to charge the full amount if notified less than three days from arrival date.
In the unlikely event that we have to change or cancel your reservation, we reserve the right to do so.
However, you have the right to:
1.accept the changed arrangements as notified; or 2.make alternative arrangements with us; or 3.cancel your reservation and receive a full refund of any monies which you have paid to us in respect of your reservation (please note that we shall not be liable for any sums which you have paid to any other persons in connection with your reservation).
For the avoidance of doubt, we shall have no further liability to you for any changes to or the cancellation of any online booking.
COMPLAINTS OR COMMENTS
We take our guest satisfaction very seriously. Any complaint or comment regarding your stay should be made in the first instance and at the time of your stay so that we can attempt to resolve it immediately.
We do hold a visitors book, which is on display and for your use in our front reception room, and we would encourage you to make an entry during your stay with us.
Although every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information contained online, we cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions, and reserve the right to vary, amend, supplement or cancel any of the information or offers featured online at any time.
